Privacy Policy
Pearl Harvest Uganda ("we", "us") is an agricultural export company at Plot 270, Lubowa, Wakiso District, Uganda. This policy explains what happens to the personal details you share with us through this website.
What we collect
Our enquiry form asks for your name, company name, email address, and (optionally) a phone number, together with the crops and volumes you are interested in and any message you write. We collect nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to continue a commercial conversation about supply. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not send marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Pearl Harvest Uganda.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our trade inbox (trade@pearlharvestuganda.com). If our form uses a delivery service to route the message, the submission passes through that service solely for delivery. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email directly, that conversation is governed by those platforms' own terms as well.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant — typically for the duration of our conversation and any resulting trading relationship. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent for us to keep it
To exercise any of these, email trade@pearlharvestuganda.com. We honour these rights under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and — for visitors in the EEA and UK — the GDPR.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page.
