Cocoa farmers holding baskets of freshly harvested pods

Produce · Procure · Export

The four crops Uganda does best.

Cocoa, coffee, vanilla and cotton — grown with 2,400 smallholder partners, shipped with EU-ready paperwork.

About Us

Rooted in Uganda, trusted worldwide

Pearl Harvest Uganda produces, procures and exports Uganda's four signature crops. From the rainforest floor of the Semliki Basin to the slopes of Mount Elgon, we work shoulder to shoulder with smallholder farmers to grow, prepare and ship lots that meet the standards of the world's most demanding buyers.

Every lot we export is traceable to its farmer group — the paper trail EU buyers need for due-diligence and deforestation-regulation checks. And we sell on long-term partnership, not spot deals: flexible volumes, honest grading and fair farm-gate prices, season after season.

What We Do

From farm to global market

Production

We cultivate with partner farms and provide agronomy support — seedlings, training and shade management — so quality starts in the soil, not at the warehouse gate.
