01. Harvest
Every pod, cherry, and boll is cut or picked by hand at full ripeness — nothing stripped, nothing rushed.
Established in Uganda
Premium vanilla, cocoa, coffee & cotton — grown with expertise, delivered with reliability.
Pearl Harvest Uganda is a fully certified agricultural export company. From our farms in the heart of Uganda, we supply premium-grade vanilla, cocoa, coffee, and cotton to buyers across Africa and around the world. Every shipment is traceable, every harvest is quality-graded, and every partnership is built on reliable supply.
01 / Vanilla
In the foothills of Bundibugyo and the gardens of Mukono, our vanilla vines climb living tutor trees under natural shade. Every orchid is pollinated by hand in the single morning it opens — a discipline that decides the harvest nine months before it happens.
Green pods are picked at full maturity, then blanched, sweated, and sun-cured over six to nine months until they turn supple, oily, and deep chocolate-brown. The result is Ugandan vanilla with vanillin levels the market notices.
02 / Cocoa
Our Forastero and Trinitario pods ripen on shaded agroforestry plots in Bundibugyo and Mukono, where cocoa grows the way it always has — under banana canopy, beside food crops, on family land.
Fresh beans ferment for a full seven days in timber boxes, then dry slowly on raised African beds. The cut test tells the story: well-fermented, fruity and earthy, with the fat content chocolate makers specify.
03 / Coffee
Uganda is Africa's largest coffee exporter, and Robusta is its backbone. Ours grows at 1,200–1,500 metres, picked cherry by cherry when the branch turns deep red — never stripped green.
We run both wet and dry processing, sun-dry on raised beds, and grade to screen size before a single bag is sewn shut. Buyers get clean, consistent lots — screen 15 and above — season after season.
04 / Cotton
Cotton built Uganda's export story a century ago, and it still earns its place. Our lint comes from smallholder fields in the north and east, where the crop is picked by hand — boll by boll, free of leaf trash and stain.
Seed cotton is ginned, graded, and pressed into export bales with the medium-staple length spinners ask for. Clean lint, honest grading, documented origin.
Every pod, cherry, and boll is cut or picked by hand at full ripeness — nothing stripped, nothing rushed.
Fermentation in timber boxes, slow sun-drying on raised beds, hand-sorting at every turn.
Moisture-tested, screen-graded, cut-tested. A lot ships only after it passes our own bar.
Bagged, fumigated, documented, and containerised — then tracked to your port of discharge.
About Us
Pearl Harvest began with a simple observation: Uganda grows some of the finest vanilla, cocoa, coffee, and cotton on earth — and the world rarely hears its name. We set out to change that from our home in Lubowa, Wakiso District, working directly with the farming families who make the quality possible.
We are not brokers. We handle our crops from the day they leave the plant to the day the container leaves the port — fermenting, curing, grading, and documenting each lot under one standard.
That is why buyers come back. Not for a one-season deal, but for a supply line they can plan a business around.
Every order, on time. Every season, consistent quality.
From the farm that grew it to the port that shipped it.
We don't do one-off deals. We build supply relationships.
